My Honey Bee IPTV offers IPTV subscription services, with each connection linked to a single device. You are not permitted to use more than one device per connection. Attempting to use multiple devices simultaneously may cause service disruptions. Repeated attempts to use multiple devices may result in the permanent termination of your subscription.

It is important to note that issues such as freezing, buffering, or content not working are common across all IPTV services, and you may experience these occasionally. The channels and VOD content included in any package are subject to change, update, or removal without prior notice. We are committed to providing support for our IPTV resellers regarding any panel-related issues. IPTV subscription details will typically be sent to the client’s registered email within one business day after payment is processed. It is the responsibility of the client to understand how IPTV works and its inherent nature.

Please be aware that we conduct routine server maintenance, which may occur at any time, and the duration of maintenance is not predictable.

SERVICE CANCELLATION

There is no need to notify us if you wish to cancel or pause your subscription.

If you decide to pause your subscription, your service will be suspended at the end of the current subscription period. No payment is required to cancel or pause your service.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

My Honey Bee IPTV guarantees that all subscription codes purchased from our website will be activated for the agreed-upon duration. If any issues arise with the servers or content, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve them. My Honey Bee IPTV does not sell IPTV boxes, and it is the client’s responsibility to obtain the necessary equipment (if required).

If you decide to change your mind after purchasing a subscription and wish to modify your plan (e.g., adding more time or connections), you may contact us within 5 days of your purchase, and we will assist you with the adjustment.

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, Interac e-Transfer (Canada), and Bitcoin. There are several reasons why a payment may fail. If you encounter a payment failure, please contact us for an explanation. For any billing inquiries or support, please reach out to us through the client portal on our website.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not authorized to access or use our service. My Honey Bee IPTV reserves the right to cancel any payment that is not successfully processed.
